Looks like Oklahoma, but if you think trucks like this don't exist in California, you haven't been over Altamont Pass very often. I went out the Valley a few months ago, and all the cars tailgating me while I was in the left lane passing other cars were lifted HD pickups (i.e. Chevy/GMC 2500 or higher as opposed to 1500, and Ford F-250 and higher, as opposed to F-150).

I think I just solved the Bay area's housing crisis.
