Whatever happened to the Seattle coffee shops who had topless waitresses? Victim of covid? They had to wear masks on their ta tas?

I ate at the one in the Tropicana Atlantic City and the food was good. There was a long wait at Chick & Pete's, which is why I went to Hooters. The wait staff was wearing more and less attractive then girls at the beach though.

Tilted Kilt was another. IL had a few locations. I don't believe it happened in IL, but a manager was caught taking video of the girls changing into the uniform when applying. Got busted and that killed the franchise, though it looks like there are still 6 locations nationwide. Irish themed Breastaurant.
