Russia has been getting its ass kicked; probably 840,000 casualties and growing, tens of thousands of tanks and trucks, and he is sending conscripts in as cannon fodder.

Russia no longer is a professional army; those guys are mostly dead or gone.

Norway and the USA could end this war very quickly; Norway can pay for a bunch of missiles and the USA can send them to Ukraine. Norway has 1.74 trillion (1trillion=1,000 billion) in its sovereign wealth fund.

The longer the war lasts, the more it hurts Putin, not Ukraine.

I realize this is Trump's deal making strategy (all part of his Art of the Deal paradigm). So what does Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov and Putin agree to, foreign troops from South America or other non NATO countries ? The Philippines, Australia and New Zealand are not NATO countries.

The entire POINT of Putin's invasion is to prevent NATO, EU, or other troops in Ukraine.

The HRE2 isn't stupid, they know this, so these recommendations are for increased tensions.

The end goal being, at the least, to keep the US entangled and paying for European defense to free up cash for the Deep State. Which is HQ'd in Europe (Club of Rome, WEF, etc.)

I thought Putin invaded to stop Ukraine from joining NATO and also because they wanted to stop Ukraine from attacking Donbas.

I understand such as the ~$38 billion in 2023 from USAID to Ukraine likely had a lot of "pass throughs" such as American based NGO's which funnel money to AntiFa and left wing militant groups like Bend the Arc and Act Blue

That is why Zelensky may have slipped when he said he had not seen a lot of the money that was appropriated for Ukraine from the US Congress.
