Of course Mayor Karen Bass, being a good slave, obeys her massa Soros and orders police not to step in. Since LAPD has command and Chief McDonnell knows where his bread is buttered, he goes along and also orders other agencies assisting (CHP and Sheriffs) also to stand down.

It’s fucking sick really. Former Mayor Garcetti directed in 2013 when he came in that LAPD was no longer to enforce quality of life crimes, allowing the homeless population living in tents to explode, then orders no police action during the extraordinarily violent riots in 2020, thereby destroying parts of the city which still haven’t recovered, and now Bass allows more violent riots .
