Our buddy Benjamin Fulford says that the Intel White Hats (whoever they are) says that WWII has just recently ended.
The Nazi army surrendered in WWII, not the Nazi government or bureaucracy, they merely fled, were ratlined, or re-constituted in what we now know as the NWO and the WEF/NATO. Nuremberg executed a few of them, most lived to be employed again through Allen Dulles and Switzerland. The CIA is not American, it is Nazi German/Gestapo/SS, and was adopted wholesale by Dulles and headquartered in Switzerland, not Washington DC. The Nazis already had an intricate network of assets throughout Europe and Russia, thus their intelligence infrastructure was co-opted. This also leads to the chronic joke about the Germans being double and triple agents at all times, despised but so useful they could not be ignored.
The investors in Hitler (Royals, Rothschilds, Vatican and US Nazis/Corporations) did not want to lose their investments in Hitler and Germany. Tavistock came up with the bright idea of bombing German workers, cities and civilians while sparing the industry so that those investments could remain intact.
Albert Speer said that WWII could have been ended simply and directly by bombing German ball bearing factories. The implication was that they were not bombed on purpose, and USA continued to provide Germany with ball bearings also from its own factories, as well as certain heavy equipments. The USA corporate Nazis were already at cross purposes with the nominal policies of the government.
Russia got the rank and file bureaucrats of the German science establishment, while the top echelon scientists went to USA (NASA).
These EU policies since WWII have always been Nazi policies continued. I assume by saying WWII is finally over, Fulford means this New Reich has failed (extermination policies, using contagion fears for social and political policy, lies, propaganda, solemn contempt for the population, return to Nazi feudalism, using technocracy to impose slavery etc.)

Now, looking forward, the open question is whether this globalized Leviathan will continue to succeed in its efforts to deploy advanced psychological and information control methods on the entire human community to avoid the consequences of its actions? Or will this book and the work of so many others trigger an awareness, awakening and effective reaction among citizens to the deep corruption of medical-biological research, medical ethics, and the entire western “health” enterprise which has occurred over the last century. With this book as a guide, we can see the enemy, the face of creeping globalized utilitarian evil, and it is us.
