The 32 hour work week is coming to California! Here's the best part: you still get paid for 40 hours! Magic!

The bill would require all businesses in the state with 500 employees or more to alter the definition of a workweek to 32 hours instead of 40 hours, meaning that any work over 32 hours would be compensated with overtime.

If the bill is passed into law, it would affect more than 2,600 companies within the Golden State and more than 3.6 million workers.

That's right private sector companies of 500 employees or more. Not only is California going to take away 8 hours of productivity from EVERY single one of your full-time salary employees, they are still going to make you PAY for that 8 hours as well.

I REALLY want this one to pass in California. I want to see how far Democrats will destroy an economy before they realize they are the morons and everyone else was right. Maybe they'll still blame it on "California Republicans".

Reminds me of the time all these fat whales came out of the wood work and started claiming "Donald Trump raped me in nineteen diggity doo!"

I think even Democrats had to laugh at how believable it would be that a BILLIONAIRE would be trying to rape such plain looking, obese, heffers.

That and a $30/hr min wage and a requirement that white chicks have to bear at least one baby fathered by a bro as part of reparations -- n/m that California never was a slave state.

Truth is, this isn't going anywhere. It is Libtard porn to get them to the polls. Also, check how well these two lawmakers are doing against their primary opponents. I am willing to bet they feel the need to be 'more Libtard' than their challengers.

But the actual bill will die in committee or some shit about not enough time left the the legislation will be made

You're probably right, even California can't be this retarded.

But think of the possibilities.

Lol. That's what she wanted. Women NEED attention. If they don't like the non-raping type of attention that's on them. Dudes are gonna be dudes. She should be happy someone harassed her based on her looks. I love it when a chick flirts or harasses me even though I'm married. Makes me feel good like I'm still a commodity and I'm attractive. Harass me all day for all I care. Women are strange. I don't know if I'll ever figure them out.

Working from home is optimal for most IT situations. Previous jobs would have you come in and drone for 8 hours a day, when you maybe did 1-2 hours of actual work.

I've been remote since COVID and have no intention of ever going back in the office. I login every morning, do whatever needs to be done, and can chill after 1-2 hours of work. They rest of the time I go play rec sports locally. My stress levels have never been lower.

Most that I know in IT now are working 2+ jobs, bring in mid $200k - low $300k/yr with little effort.
