On October 22, 2020, then-candidate Joe Biden vowed to "shut down the virus, not the country."

14 months later, now-President Biden just admitted that there's no 'federal solution' to the pandemic, and that it's up to individual states to do what he promised.

"Look, there is no federal solution," he said during a call with state governors. "This gets solved at state level … and that ultimately gets down to where the rubber meets the road, and that’s where the patient is in need of help — or preventing the need for help."

"My message to the governors is simple: if you need something, say something. We’re going to have your back in any way we can," Biden added.

Few thoughts:

1) Would they really give up on the covid narrative/lockdowns just like that? Or, is there enough pushback on the vaxx that they have no choice?

2) Could it be they know the upcoming Supreme Court ruling, and they are doing this in advance to save face?

3) They give enough death jabs out to people, so they've met their numbers for de-population? Now they just let it ride and wait for the real pandemic?

4) The biggest transfer of wealth has already been completed, the destruction of our currency is in progress, everything will implode soon, ushering in a digital currency.

5) Is this going to divide the country even further - red/blue state?

What's funny AF is that 2 years ago, is that this stuff woulda been considered super fridge tin foil, yet here we are...

One possibility: The challenge now, is to skillfully back out of the situation, and avoid the hangman. Look for the boiling frog changing narrative from public officials, the MSM, and unelected creeps. People have short memories. Many want to be told what to do.

The original motive(s) - Trump-B-Gone, and many others discussed here.

Good theory. It's been so long I forgot about removing Trump... However, that doesn't negate what's being pushed in the other countries.

Biden is so full of shit.
He is a typical bullshitter, claiming that he would “solve” a respiratory disease after blaming Trump for “killing people”.
Now his excuse is “it’s up to the states to figure it out.”
He’s admitting defeat while passing the buck.
I detest losers and bullshitters and know- nothings presuming to tell me what to do.
Fuck Joe Biden

I think there are two possible reasons.

As Psaki will tell ya, he simply misspoke .
or
He walked by Kamala's office and she had the interior decorator over and saw that they were going over the oval office remodel. Well of course the fake set not the real one!
But with Biden's poll numbers in the low 20's, he's finally willing to give up such a huge unpopular dystopian endeavor.

We may be seeing more of this. Whocoodanode?:

UK Expert Warns Against Overinterpreting COVID-19 Data

“In the previous peaks, we’ve had some very seriously ill older people who’ve got really significant respiratory problems and … they had to go into critical care.

“The difference this time is we’ve got quite a few patients who are coming in—they might have fallen off their bike and knocked their head or broken their leg—and what’s happening is they’ve got no symptoms but when they arrive, they’re actually testing positive for COVID.

“Interestingly, the statistics that we use don’t actually distinguish between those two. So we just need to be careful about overinterpreting the data.”

The useful idiots are starting to toss the Globalist Hot Potato liabilities and backtracking. You think they haven't noticed those Nuremberg 2 filings?

It has started to become musical chairs for who is going to burn, and if Biden actor and his handlers can sluff the blame off on corporations and states, maybe they can make a clean getaway with their bribes intact and their necks un-stretched? "How can I be the nasty hitman for the masters, but get away with it after the fact when the forces of retribution are at the gates?"
It's the common historical problem for corrupt misrulers.

I suppose that is good news because means that somewhere behind the scenes, there might be some heat coming down on their heads.

In other words we all gonna get the Coof but some people gonna get pneumonia and most everyone else gonna be ok.

Biden is a classic politician, which in essence ... is a Bullshit Artist.

Trump, on the other hand, was a consummate trash talker and thus, was either going to make things happen or not.

He didn't have the 'exit strategy' like Obama's great "Surge" which kept the US in Afghanistan for a full decade for nation building horseshit!

Actor Biden does what he is told, and tells what lies he is told to tell. If he says there is no Federal Solution, either he got advanced notice that SCOTUS will reverse the appeal from the 6th circuit and uphold the mandate ban, or his handlers are starting to be routed. One would hopium that that would be the case, a symptom of Covid fraud breakdown at last.

It's all going to plan. The federal contractor and 100+ employee jab mandates which were supposed to deadline early to mid january, is now being swerved around. I think it was always a "lets see if we can get away with it, but most likely the mandate will end up being a big bluff that scares many into a good ole jabbing lest they lose their livelihood."

The bluff worked to some degree. I know a few who didn't want the jab but caved to pressure within the past few months. All were scared of losing their standard of living for them and their families.

I haven't caved though. This is exactly why I live well beneath my means and save aggressively - so I have the freedom of working when and where, on my terms. Threats from management bounce right off me.

Just an attempt to pass blame for the failure to contain Covid on to the states.

Poll numbers are tanking and Ds will lose election in landslide, especially since Florida and Texas do not have dead piling on streets. Hence, new talk

It's like a switch was flipped. Minnie Mao on CNN declaring "Cloth masks are not appropriate for this pandemic...". Let the gas lighting begin.

Well, he's still on Pfizer's payroll, so he's going to use what power he has to force the jab as much as possible no matter who dies from it.

That's probably more like Jill Biden, as Joe's not all there.

I think what is going on is constant threats and they know goddamned well that it's not legal to enforce, so it's never going to happen.

Individual businesses might enforce it, but I think that's it.
23   Hircus   2021 Dec 29, 9:44pm

Anyone else recall last yr when the "news" ran all those segments about how safe it was to fly during covid? How they did "scientific" tests with mannequins sitting in the airplane seats, and tested whether airborne particles could travel to the rows in front or back of you, and cited those results as "100% safe to fly"?

Of course, they didn't mentioned that in reality, the air does travel between rows when people walk up and down the aisles, especially when everyone is getting on and off the plane. Or when someone aims the overhead air jet in the right direction.

But suddenly, flying is so dangerous, that we need vax passports? The truth doesn't matter - they play both sides depending on what benefits them at the moment.

Yep. Of course the more politicians get drunk on power the more shit they're trying to pull. Back then the commerce lobby still was strong and they didn't know how gullible and complying the sheep would be. When they saw that they could literally mandate buttplugs to the Karen's and soyboys, they had the powerful social media pressure behind them to take on any sector, incl. travel. It only stops when people stop complying. We may have reached that breaking point now so at least that's good news

Bottom line is there is never zero risk in life and those that seek it ought to stay at home in their basements.
