What in the flying fuck did anyone think would happen if you paid people more money not to work AND gave them bonuses? This is a fucking joke at this point. Make them starve. Make them figure out where their next paycheck is coming from. Giving a bunch of cash to CQ's is the worst possible idea. Might as well print it and light it on fire. Or just give it out straight up to the oligarchy.

What are CQ's?

I'm enjoying all this. I think it's wonderful that the people have found another way to resist Bezos/Biden/China.

You peeps will believe anything.

The sad part though is it's not unbelievable and literally could happen. Biden ain't out to help the little guy.

I don't know, made it up. Crypto Queers. You have to acknowledge this past round of "stimulus" included a lot of kids sitting in mom and dads basement, unlike the first round if you were claimed as a dependent getting cash. You give a bunch of easily sold young men $600 tax free, they will piss it away in the dumbest way possible. Some will choose booze or drugs and others will chase get rich schemes. Hence the the bump in price and now the stagnation after the queers burned through their free cash. They don't have the money to support increases at this point.

I get the joke, but people will sink their free money in dumb ass places. There will be another run up in crypto with the next stimulus package. It's guaranteed. Especially at $1,400pp. Those that actually produce will just have to pay for it. So yeah, as one of those people I'm a bit pissed off with crypto and even this GME shit. Productive cash just gets pissed away I guess and morons/queers will eventually be broke with money they had no business getting.

The GME thing sounds great to me if it puts the hurt on hedge funds. I'm not certain it really does, but it's fun anyway.

It does when shorts expire.

I was just subjected to CNN for a few minutes.
Kamala was on saying that the government must pay $2,000/month to everyone for an indefinite time.
These assholes are really crazy.

Sorry to hear that. I find CNN propaganda just as painful as NPR's, because so many idiots don't yet see the truth about it. But once you see it, you cannot unsee it. That gives me hope that ever more people will just turn that shit off forever.

On the one hand, I'd say that giving everyone money would destroy their motive to work.
On the other hand, the left has already destroyed millions jobs with their insane over-reaction to the CCP virus, so there is less work available to do.
Giving them just enough money to survive seems to fit with their plan to make everyone completely dependent on government for survival.

No, because soon the economy would adjust for that input by rising rents and prices, The $2,000 would soon become an average weeks rent and all that would have been accomplished would be to destroy savers assets. Also, wages would lag price increases and we would all get poorer.

Case and point LAUSD. They get paid not to work.

Lol, that sounds just like no-work job contracts that the mafia gets.

Maybe part of the goal is indeed to increase inflation, which has been much lower than the Fed wants it to be.

The Fed likes some inflation because then people won't save physical paper cash as much, because it's losing value. They will spend or invest it instead.
