Here's the process.

1) You write up a complaint

These riots are happening BECAUSE that's the process. Doesn't matter if you complain, doesn't matter who you vote for. We are not in a democratic system and it's not a republic.

That is really unfair to the police here. Anyone can say "they are the owners" and misdirect the cops. The cops have to sort the situation out for themselves. We are in an ongoing environment where the news has often edited and framed footage to make cops look bad, and the cops know so many news reporters are looking to make their bones on the next atrocity story. Cops cannot act solely on what the first person they see says to them.

These cops are literally the outcasts of society because they cannot operate in society. I can have discussion with something I've NEVER met over something we deeply disagree with. This police officer is doing classic projection. He's telling the other person to "calm down" and to "listen" - when it's he that needs to calm down, and listen.

If you are assaulted by somebody, and they have their cellphone with them, it can be determined who likely assaulted you because the cellphone data is tracked 24 hours a day 7 days a week. How do I know this? I know this because this is trivial and practically free to do, so it's done, for certain.

But it's not used to protect the public.

Reduce federal taxation of everybody by 80%.

Allow (read encourage) states to raise taxation.

End any subsidies from Federal government to police enforcement. Make it absolutely clear that police can be recorded during an arrest. Require body cam footage to be released at the victim's request immediately - or the family members request, immediately.

You will end up with different states coming up with different solutions, and having different police forces that have different policies. This is called competition. You see, an evolutionary system is a lot smart than any person is. You allow people to come up with different solutions, you see the solutions in state A work really well, and state B adopts them. That's why were are the United STATES, we are a Union of Nations, or are supposed to be.
