Excerpt: 'Still think Mark Hamill’s Luke Skywalker was the “last Jedi” referenced in the title of the eighth episode of Star Wars’s Skywalker Saga? Think again.

In the original version of the ninth and final instalment, The Rise of Skywalker, his sister, Leia (played by Carrie Fisher), was going to emerge as a full-fledged Jedi warrior, complete with her very own lightsaber.

That’s according to no less an authority than Fisher’s real-life brother, Todd Fisher, who filled us in on what the plan was for his sister’s iconic character prior to her sudden death in December 2016.

“She was going to be the big payoff in the final film,” Fisher reveals exclusively to Yahoo Entertainment.

“She was going to be the last Jedi, so to speak. That’s cool right?” '

Let me respond to the above ... Bollocks!

These bozos are grasping at any straws out there, to save this failed franchise.

Leia, nevermind having any force training, probably doesn't even have a kettle bell or medicine ball workout, just to stay in shape. She's an old hag who tried desperately to play Golda Meir in the new trilogy but without any meaningful leadership moments.

Actually, I think this does happen on some of the books, and was hinted at in Return of the Jedi.

You're talking about the books, I'm talking about Kathleen Kennedy and the Army of the SJWs.

In the books, which were canon until Disney crapped all over it, Leia becomes a Jedi as do the two kids her and Han Solo have(one of whom goes to the dark side and is loosely the basis for the main villain Kyle Ren.

Though undoubtably Rian Johnson and Kathleen Kennedy are the real bad guys.

Nothing lasts. When Leia is at her time of month, everything in the house gets cut in half with light sabres or levitated into orbit.

Rumor:Test Audiences equally divided into Star Wars Fanatics, those who had seen at least one, those who "knew" of Star Wars but never brought Merchandise, and those who indicated they had never seen Star Wars and had no preference for Star Wars over any other film.

The aggregate rating of the films three acts garnered at 23% approval. The first act was 65%, not bad. The second act, 12% - awful, the last act and the conclusion of the trilogy, 4%, with the only positive scores coming from those who never saw a Star Wars before. The audience was paid for their participation.

This test was done at least several more times with similar results.

Rey (Kennedy's Mary Sue) defeats the Emperor so easily, the audience laughed with scorn. The guy who was barely offed by Luke and Vader working together.

Iger was enraged at the results, and the movie is being heavily, heavily edited. Word is that D&D being fired - uh, "Resigning" - was a shot across the bow at Kennedy, who can't be fired because she's the most powerful woman in Hollywood, despite having no independent success.

Rumor is that Lucas was brought in to rewrite a version that has Luke returning as Deux Ex Machina in the final act to contribute to the defeat of the Emperor, and that screened version did over 80%.

The core problem of the Sequels is that Kennedy wrote a Mary Sue who never develops as a character, has little personality, and no flaws, so she could kick the ass of all the White Males.
