This is CARB to a T! Continually moving goal posts no matter how infinitely small the gain for exponential costs on the public, but by darn they will all still have jobs. No matter that they don’t explain the geography of the micro climate non-attainment regions in the state preclude those areas from ever reaching “clean air” standards year round, especially with the populations that live there….
