Yep they do. And there are enough rich assholes that don't trust the govt either so they have been taking them to private schools, and, since the mandate initially also covered private schools, home schooling. The amount of home schooling networks that have popped up here within a short time is astonishing. Needless to say al.ist everybody in SF was accepted by their school of choice due to the low enrollment rates, and the principal of Lowell (used to be best public school) quit to protest the leftards at sfusd. 3 board members were recalled. Most school districts are in deep trouble

I had a bunch of teachers in my family when I was a kid.

I was born in 1971, and the curriculum is a joke compared to what it was in 1920.

Public schools are fine, but the problem is that parents don't do shit about oversight, so this is what they get.

When I was in Cali, I lived in one of the most expensive counties in the state. I think the school district was so rich, they were a basic aid district, meaning they didn’t take any state funds and they were funded simply by the local property taxes.

The schools looked like crap. Built in the 1970s, dozens of portable classrooms, rat infested. Just run down. On top of that you had a 28:1 student/teacher ratio, probably more now.

The schools in Texas? They look like junior colleges. Huge campuses, well funded facilities, zero portables. On top of that there are so many STEM charter schools, and magnet schools, so many choices. Average 15:1 student ratio.

Where is all the money going in Cali that such a rich district looks almost third world. Teacher pensions and benefits, that would be my bet. What a racket, it seems almost criminal.

Not so rich because of Proposition 13, mostly old assessments based on 1975 property values. The overpriced homes that recently sold get the headlines, but most of the homes haven't changed hands (and been reassessed) in a very long time.

Many residents won't vote for Junk Fee additional assessments, so there you go.

As enrollment declines, the faulty numbers decline by attrition (retirements) and some school closures. Because of Union Contracts governing who gets laid off when schools close, the faculty is becoming older, with more years of service, and so higher pay and higher pension burden for local districts to meet. Parents of means just op out for private schools, accelerating the enrollment declines.

The public K-12 in these places are in the positive feedback loop of a Death Spiral of declining enrollments, reduced funding, increased cost.

IMO, until America can get over it's worship of $$ nothing will change. Of course it is criminal. G.R.E.E.D is going to kill this country and turn it into a 3rd world shithole. Government employees still say they could make more in the private sector but the retirement is the reason the choose the be a government employee. Bullshit, they cannot make more in the private sector. In fact, most of them would make less and work more. My mother in law lives on a golf course in SC and most of the retirees there are government pensioners.

Comirnaty was never approved in the United States. Pfizer sells a "vaccine" they claim is the same as Comirnaty but it's not sold as Comirnaty. If it was, it would end the Emergency Use Authorization for all other "vaccine" products and would become the only "vaccine" available.

There's so much fishy shit with this crap, I'm never going to take a vaccine again - unless I end up doing wildlife rescue - I MIGHT take a rabies vaccine then, and those are known to be dangerous.

The evil bit of me kind of hopes these vaccines are going to kill everybody that took it, I'm tired of living among non skeptics. They sheep are going to force us to be taking crystal meth every day, not to improve work output, but because it prevents the common cold or some other nonsense excuse.

That’s something I heard Peter McCullough say on the Joe Rogan show and I had to verify it. I concluded that the thing about Comirnaty not being approved in the United States is just plain wrong. FDA did grant approval to Pfizer-BioNTech to distribute the vaccine in the U.S. “under license” as Comirnaty on August 23, 2021. The other part may be true: if they went ahead with that then maybe the other vaccines that don’t have a license, EUA only, would have to be discontinued because the EUA can only be used when “alternatives” are not available. But there’s another reason for Pfizer-BioNTech to stick to EUA bottles: that “Comirnaty” license only applies to the first two doses for ages 16 and up. So it would still have to be distributed under EUA for children and for boosters. So it may not be so sinister what they decided to do by not using the license, they just wanted to make things simpler and keep all bottles labeled “emergency use authorized.” There may be other favorable legal implications we don’t know about, but I understand that distributing it under license would not revoke manufacturer immunity; that would still hold up under the PREP act. Either way the stuff inside the bottles is the same whether or not it’s called Comirnaty.
