Spotify quickly chose Rogan, whose popularity on the platform dwarfs Young’s.

Of interest is Young sold 1/2 his catalog last year to a (Blackstone Group backed) company called 'Hipgnosis' for 150 mil. Some are saying that Blackstone is trying to come at Spotify and more "owned" artists will follow Young's lead.
