Seven contested states with dual electors sent. (Edit: dual elector ballots sent, thank you Trumping Tits).

If Pence receives majority votes from the state legislatures about which elector slate they want, enter them as voted by the state legislatures and ignore the Governor/Secretary of State slates based on election fraud? That would theoretically be legal by the Constitution because the state legislatures hold the power in their states?

Should Pence throw out all electors from contested states who sent dual slates of electors, giving neither candidate 270 and refer the matter to election in the House?

Should Pence only throw out electors from states where the legislatures have failed to vote on a slate and if neither candidate gets 270, then bounce it to the House?

Should Pence accept massive bribe and move to non-extraditable country?

Will we be witness to Pence's Epstein tapes on the Senate floor?

Should Pence pull out a Rosco and eliminate Trump, Biden and Kamala and crown himself the Emperor of the Universe?

inquiring minds need to know.

He would be beat out by Nikki Haley

If Nikki Haley becomes the nominee, all is lost.

Who would you like to see nominated? Not sure if we can find another Trump - a billionaire who loves America first and has the wealth and hot women to be bribe and honey pot proof. Maybe after seeing Trump, another presently unknown but spoiling for a fight billionaire will emerge.

I just don't want to see another deep state Neocon stooge in the oval office. I'd take a pile of dogshit over Nikki Haley, or Joe Biden, or any other fuck that's run for the presidential office since 1988.

The exception may have been Trump, possibly. I've gotten pretty used to these people being actors, ever since we had an actor in the White House in 1980.

www.youtube.com/embed/Af0Yei2sAbE

Something just seems unreal about our entire system. Keep electing these people to do what the whole fucking country wants to do, and yet, they just never seem to be able to accomplish it.

I have a question, do you want this country to go into another fucking war or continue any of the ones we're in? Does anybody? I can't seem to find anybody saying "yeah, I really think blowing up Yemen is a fucking fine idea!" - however, every politician APPEARS to want to do that. I'm wondering when there's going to be a mass awareness that we're not in anything APPROACHING a Democracy or a Republic and haven't been for a long damned time.

The reason nothing gets done is because government doesn't represent us at all. I wonder when society will FINALLY realize this?

Now if Nikki Haley gets the RNC nomination, well, fuck that's just like if Hillary Clinton got the nomination for the DNC (I mean if Clinton got it legitimately). It's demoralizing in the extreme to think these awful fucking people are legitimately being nominated. I'm glad Clinton and Biden stole their nominations, I'm glad Joe Biden stole the presidency - now at least I don't have to think this country is so fucking retarded they elected the senile old fuck. I'd rather have a coup with a meat puppet president, than actually legitimately elect somebody so fucking evil and worthless for this country.

Could it be that Gohmert is trying to push Pence into an Obama Judge court, that will rule that Pence doesn't have the authority to toss the disputed States?
Pence realizes that if it does get to an activist Judge, they will reinterpret the 12th Amendment to say Pence is just incidental political fruit salad, and has no real official duties.

The 12th Amendment sets forth a procedure for resolving a disputed election where neither candidate achieves a majority of electoral votes. In that case, a “contingent election” is held by the House: “the House of Representatives shall choose immediately, by ballot, the President. But in choosing the President, the votes shall be taken by states, the representation from each state having one vote …”

Thus, if Pence were to “open” and read the electoral votes cast by both of the competing slates of electors from the six swing states, and choose “not to count” either set—in light of the conflict—the House of Representatives would immediately vote to determine the winner, with each state getting one vote. Given that a majority of states are GOP-controlled (although the Democrats control a greater number of representatives), Trump would prevail.

To be clear here, other than riding the wave of other GOP house members. At no time during Trump's Administration, has Gohmert been a leading Stalwart championing the Constitutionality of the weaponized Politics against Trump. If he had, then this latest gambit would be more believable. It's not like this is Doug Collins, Matt Gaetz or Nunez filing this case.

According to Gohmert he has been a victim of election fraud years ago, so this is personal to him.

Rumors are that Pence is going to send back the ballots from the battling elector states and tell the state legislatures to do their job and elect a single slate of ballots from the legislatures, themselves. That is within the Constitution, and seems to be a reasonable strategy. That would bypass the treasonous, bribed KommieFuck governors, SOS and renegade state courts attempting to legislate the steal.
41   just_passing_through   2021 Jan 5, 8:05pm

I've been reading that today as well. Except that it might be Gohmert who does it for some odd reason.

You want to know what is actually going on? You're reading this on the world's most powerful research system ever made. You can talk to anybody on the planet, a Libyan, a Syrian, an Iraqi, a Ukrainian. Takes time to find them, but it's well worth it. Nazi propaganda had NOTHING on us. Please talk to the people that your nation has declared an enemy, for fucks sake. Don't even listen to me, listen to them. I'm just 2nd hand information, hearsay, talk to them.

I love this idea @richwicks

Want to work on it together?

Here, I promised quite some time ago the ability to do secure email. I have SSH setup for you on my raspberry pi.

Login with: patrick@samoyed.dynu.net
Port number 2201

so: ssh -p 2201 patrick@samoyed.dynu.net

alpine is setup as an emailer. If you prefer a graphical interface, let me know - x2go is setup. It's like NoMachine or RDP - but it's a bit buggier. I'll give you sudo if you like.

Sending the slates back to the state legislatures would be the congressional analog to what SCOTUS did with Bush vs. Gore in Florida. As I recall, that was a similar situation where the Dems stuffed the ballot boxes in some jurisdictions. It was sort of a 'mini-me' of what the Dems are doing now.

When Gore knew the legislature would decide the electors, he conceded. The state legislatures have the power to correct crooked elections.

I was about to write you and say Gore probably DID win the election, but then I just realized bell weather counties have been predicting the elections correctly since Nixon/Kennedy - and NIXON actually won that election. Maybe Bush DID win in 2000?

I was disgusted on how the Bush campaign was run, it was all about Bill Clinton getting a blowjob it seemed. "Restoring honor and integrity to the oval office" was used regularly. I didn't think George W. Bush turned out to have much honor or integrity. I think he may have been one of our most damaging presidents starting a war over a non existent weapons of mass destruction program. This program didn't exist. Such a blatant lie destroyed I think the moral integrity of this nation.

I realize we are lied into every war, but the Iraq War, they didn't even try to be credible.

It's go time.

What do you suppose Trump said to Pence before he was driven over to the Capital building?

I've got my popcorn ready just in case it gets interesting.

@richwicks How do you imagine we can contact people in various countries to get their opinions?

There's probably some way, I just don't know what it is.

Start with a website. I talk to people via qTox now, but then you need to encourage them to invite others in as a place to congregate. Think of it as pen pals across the planet. qTox is an end to end point to point communication system - you get some weirdos on there as well.

I used to do this in the 1990's and early 2000's on various communications platforms but as they aged (and I did) we lost contact over time. I met a person in Turkey and Iran - stopped talking to them both because it sort of became dangerous for the guy in Iran, and in Turkey - he's Kurdish and left the country because of mandatory conscription into the military. His brother was killed by "friendly fire".

Mike Pence didn’t have the courage to do what should have been done to protect our Country and our Constitution, giving States a chance to certify a corrected set of facts, not the fraudulent or inaccurate ones which they were asked to previously certify. USA demands the truth!

Pence is part of the deep state.

The Trump trials will start soon.

Pence is looking forward to a peaceful transition of power and to, "continue to work closely with states & deliver the Coronavirus Vaccine to MILLIONS of Americans. Under President @realDonaldTrump, we developed a Safe & Effective vaccine in record time. Hope & Healing are on the way!"

The reset continues.

Yes, and it will be a warning to all. If a billionaire ex-President can be railroaded, what do you think they can do to a Senator/Congressperson? To the average Joe? You can bet that Pence and anyone else who does not want themselves or their families investigated will swear fealty to the PRI. Election fraud is now built in so Voters no longer matter. Watch how fast the Republicans fall in line. Maybe this is why Tulsi Gabbard quit.

I have a website. How can I encourage users to invite foreigners here?

And would they stay?

Maybe they should be invited to give their opinion on a very specific topic.

HunterTits is the resident expert on the fine print of the civics, whereas my knowledge tends to be somewhat metaphorical, but I still wonder what happened to all of those promised challenges to the seven states with dual elector slates that were supposed to take days of debate in the House and Senate?

Most of them were dropped by the senators which were supposed to support them. Only 2 have been considered, iirc. And it's more like 2hrs per, not "days".
