You can rent a 30 foot slip for around $200/ month near the big homeless camp in south Oakland. You will have to pay for your cars broken windows. Over in Alameda a 30 foot slip is just over $300 a month. I pay just under $300/ month for the 30 foot slip I keep my 27 foot boat in.

I was always a life long independent that was disgusted by both parties. I'm still disgusted by both parties but dems are out of control they hate whites that don't hate themselves and have openly sold out the US. The media bias just shows how bad things have become and where its heading, civil war is becoming a when not an if. I don't even know if there is a democrat party in anything but name at this point.
