In South Africa, penis transplants are so common that the doctors have be come very proficient and have a high success rate. The reason is that local tribes do amateur circumcisions on grown men and often botch it, giving South African doctors lots of practice with penis transplants, often interracial. One recent newspaper article featured a black man who received a white penis, and that man was quoted as saying "Of the things I could have gotten from a white man like blue eyes or blond hair, I end up getting his penis." The article also said the transplants become fully functional and will eventually get the skin tone of the recipient.

George Washington is nicknamed the "father of our country," but he had no children that we know of. Not sure if the problem was with him or Martha, but why take the chance.
