No harm in being discreet. It's not being fearful, it's not being worried, it's not being paranoid. It's just being cautious.
Hi guys, thanks for the comments, few things:
a.) I started the discussion in reference to legal gun ownership. Although I appreciate the reminder that we don’t know who is lurking and reading these posts, there’s nothing Wrong with what’s being discussed.
My motivation for the post is that I can’t find stock anywhere in the Bay Area for the handgun I’m looking to purchase legally in the state of CA.
b.) although I appreciate the suggestions, my mind is made up and I’m not considering any alternatives to the Glock19 at this time.
Thanks for all the suggestions guys.
At the closest basspro shop they have these in stock perfect for plinking antifa.

I have mine in my nightstand by the bed. Loaded. Fuck locks, burglars won't have their guns in a gun safe when they enter my home.
Many of the people I spoke to in line were first time gun shoppers and lamenting how retarded Democrat politicians have become with the Defund the Police B.S.
I’m looking to purchase a Glock19.
Did they offern any thoughts on how the reality of buying a gun turned out different from their expectations of how easy it was? Did they thing we need to make people to jump through even more hoops or the ones we already have is (more than) enough?
I asked if they could at least start the background check and 10 day waiting period now, but they said they can't do that until the gun hits their warehouse so they can assign a serial number to me.
This is insane, I had no idea it was that bad. If wait is so long wouldn't it be better to just order online and have it shipped to local shop?
If you live in California, you're limited to 3rd generation Glocks.
For 9mm, I only have a S&W SDVE 9mm (my first gun)
It has a tactile loaded chamber indicator
Just be aware that some .357 loads will go through a foot of sheet rock or pine. There goes the neighborhood.
Anyone have one these shotguns for home protection? Plus: no pistol grip. Minus: all black. What would a jury think of Muh 20 inch barrel....
The immediate threat of a charging attacker is dealt with, follow up rounds will neutralize the threat.
I used to carry one of these guns in a shoulder holster when i was 11. Good for scaring off (or putting down) belligerent moose when I was out and about in the Alaskan wilderness. Only had to do that once, when one was coming after me and my dog.
Cover the nuMbErs!
Are guns good for anything other than killing?
Yes, guns are good for telling liberals that you will not be beaten up for speaking the truth.
A couple of shots into the air should do it.
Would a pump action AR-15 be legal in California?

If you fire your weapon, the next sequence can get very unpredictable.
Glock19 in stock that they are holding for me.

Hoping someone can steer me in the right direction.
I’m looking to purchase a Glock19. Nobody, I mean nobody has this in stock in the Bay Area!
With Covid19 and the protests across the country, I’m being told that much of the Glock inventory that was present in gun stores across the Bay is sold out and it’s unlikely that more will be available for 4months+
Does anyone know where I can buy a Glock19 (legally) from a Bay Area gun store today? Anyone have stock?
Thanks
