Donald Trump Has Stake In Hydroxychloroquine Drugmaker
https://www.yahoo.com/news/donald-trump-stake-company-hydroxychloroquine-112913777.html
I love it when my company makes me take a class on conflict on interests every 2 years.
That is total bullshit. If you weren’t so fucking blinded by hate you’d see this as the fake news story that it is. Part of a mutual fund worth maybe $100 is invested in that company. Fuck! I probably have investment in that one too via my own mutual funds! I don’t even know. So how the fuck would Trump know? And he wipes his ass with $100 dollar bills.
Time to grow up and start thinking critically.
I am surprised he didn't recommend we all have a mask in anticipation of a pandemic.
He has extremely over-corrected, causing an economic depression. A wiser approach would have been to mandate
A wiser approach would have been to mandate that the elderly and obese with pre-exisitng conditions shelter in place only.

I didn't test positive. I don't need to wear a mask because I can't pass it onto others.
It's important to note that Fauci's actual job title is the Director of the National Institute of of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, which overseas the research into those areas; by himself, he doesn't represent the whole of the NIH but one of its critical subdivisions.
Up until two weeks, this separation was never made in public settings.
But over time, as he's provided negligible support for clinicians who actually deal with patients and he's obfuscated the notion that perhaps, there are ways to contain the disease, not just by social distancing, something which any FEMA official or even a Military General can mandate, but by actual therapeutics, like the infamous cocktail of Zinc Sulfate, Hydrocloroquine, and an antibiotic adjuvant, or some "antibody immunotherapeutics". The idea here is not to create a miracle cure but to keep the number of ppl on respirators to a minimum, something which he himself said doctors were working with, since the dawn of immunology as a discipline.
Really? Then Tony, why didn't you say it all along? Why the endless wait for a vaccine while the world enters the second great depression?
Instead, the great Fauci falls back to this notion that a world can be quarantined for a year while a vaccine is developed and wanted all possibly therapeutics to go through a six month to one year double blind study which at this point in time, no one wants to sign up for. When a person arrives at a clinic, he wants some treatment. He's not going to sign up for a 50% chance of eating a sugar pill or being injected with a saline ampoule.
And thus, as a "war time" doctor, he's not thinking on his feet as a clinician, but instead, is being a bureaucrat of the NIH. I believe that already, the Dept of Health Human Services (along with Pence & the Trump folks) realize that a non-clinician paper pusher is not the best frontman for the situation and is minimizing Fauci's appearances and making it clear that his title is not NIH director. Eventually, if any of the experimental tricks help in lowering ICU situations, then the NIH can easily shift the holdups to Fauci's academic stalwart behavior than its overall response to a clinical pandemic. And this is critical because I don't think either the HHS or the NIH wants to take the heat for this situation.
