Well, the truth is my home country food has too much carbs and not enough protein. I just have to reduce my carbs portion while increasing my carbs intake. Also, reducing the fat intake is another key to getting lean and shed body fat.
The main goal is to get Rin to incorporate exercise as part of his daily routine. Then the diet comes next when he starts to see some results.
I exercise twice a day. An hour in the morning in the gym and an hour in the afternoon playing tennis. I get cranky when I don’t get my morning exercise. I’m a 4.5 USTA ranked tennis player, and I’d rather miss tennis than going to the gym. It becomes a lifestyle choice while it doesn’t cost much money. We only have one body in this life. I do what I can to take care of it while looking good too.

Meat makes you jiggle like a stoat, Pilot. 2/3rd Vegetables for all the trace shit we barely understand other than we know it's good for you. When chosing between Carbs (not Fiber, but Sugar) and Fat, prefer the Fat. Carbs are largely empty calories. The only high Carb items with useful nutrients beyond the Sugar Calories is Fruit.
Bread and Pasta makes you limp as a noodle. Most middle aged fatsos eat Spaghetti, Pizza, Fries, Onion Rings, Chips, Cookies, Cake, and Bagels.

I would find it extremely difficult to feel in the mood in a cold dreary climate like the Northeast USA, except in the summer of course.
I really think a warm climate keeps the blood flowing and makes everyone more in the mood.
