Does anyone see a problem with this listing? How do probate sales work? Having to include a cashier's check 10% of the offer price payable to someone other than an escrow company sounds dangerous doesn't it? There are 3 listings in my area that came on the market priced much lower than everyone else yesterday requesting for 10% cashier checks.

The listing appears on Zip, but not Redfin. Strange.

I found the Refin and Zillow links and added both to this page, above.

Zillow has it "recently sold" at $160K. So is someone flipping it?
