Will the boom of housing bring a boom of newborns also?

Thinking about the amount of new homes built that needed people to fill them in the last 10 years, I just wondered if there will be a new baby boomer generation. With the economy the way it is, the folks that may have planned on having children are probobly waiting, just like many of us home buyers. 5 years ago when money flowed down the streets and into the gutters, people could easily afford to have children and did, not wondering how they could afford to raise them since they had large new homes and large new vehicles.
 Can we expect that there will be a large generation coming of age, looking for work, and needing houses in the next 15-25 years?
