Kids should be banned from all commerical social media, period.
Only churches and kids groups like the 4H club can have internet FORUMS for under 18s, where the ID/membership is determined by membership in the group, not collected or determined by the Government, but by the institution/group itself, so long as they verify age.

I would make it only porn that has to verify age before access.
If you require age verification for social media to keep out the children, that means all adults have to prove identity and therefore all anonymity is gone.
