Growing up with an attorney and my sister being an attorney, they're not intelligent. Half of attorneys fail the real estate exam if they want a brokers license. I don't have a link as the data is not tracked, but I go off anecdotal data on this having lived with attorneys. Judges are attorneys. I'd trust a plumber to make better legal decisions than a judge.

There needs to be reform. A separate test beside the bar just to get a law license. There are real estate brokers and managing brokers. Different test to get a license in either. For a judge, nothing. You're at the peak, you should be held to a higher standard.
