And it's 110% Constitutional.

Even FORMER Communists who attested to no longer support Communism were shipped back.

Work, student, Green Card? Doesn't matter. Until you're a citizen, out you go.

Hamas is on the terror list since the 90s and out they go; mere moral support is enough. Hell, FORMER support is enough, according to precedence getting on a century old (and more besides):

It's wild to see alleged "Right Wing" people fight to keep MENA migrants - be they perm or temp - that back violent revolutionary groups that Congress has explicitly voted to deny entry.

"Don't deport us, America! We only hate Israel! That's why we're...

Chanting Allah Akbar.

While burning your US flag.

How DARE you deport us for bringing our MENA drama to your country?"

The terrorists and illegal immigrants never should have been allowed in. However, a government big and powerful enough to determine with the stroke of a gavel or pen who is allowed to stay in the country and enforce it with gestapo militant police is only one despotic leader away from tyranny.

There is no privilege to be in the USA, and that's EXPLICIT in the Constitution. Article I, Section 8, Clause 4.

Furthermore, naturalized citizens can even be DEnaturalized.

The 1A of citizens is not under threat; the administrative power to deport undesirables is a 100% Constitutional, repeated SCOTUS defended privilege of the Government, since way back in the 19th Century. Over and over and over again.

If we can deport or deny mere supporters or associates of Communists, Anarchists, Mafia Members, MS13, etc. we can also deport supporters of Terror Groups. Especially those listed officially for 30 years.

To take away the Government's power to deport undesirables, we'd need an amendment to the Constitution.

Big LOL! Sure they aren't just going to see if their future cells will have windows or not? Maybe Guantanamo will keep them, or pass them around to the prisoners. Do they have purty mouths?

This is likely accurate. The point I was making however is that in the wrong hands this power is liable to be abused, perhaps even to the peril of the Republic.

Criminals need to be held responsible and deported as appropriate. But the dilemma is that we just had hundreds of people labeled as criminals for J6 so “criminals” and “traitors “ are not always as labeled. Do you trust the justice system to get it right?
