Massie is standing in the corner with his finger in the air citing the 2nd Ed. rules book arguing that on Page 54 such and such, this and that, according to the Table 3A of Gygax's Rule of Law Spell, there has to be a savings throw of resistance against executive powers -2 and the players have to sit and make a list to take to Castle Constitution General Store to decide how many Iron Rations and 10' Poles and Caltrops are needed for next year's expedition to the Temple of Budget Evil.

Dems are thoroughly demoralized and talking about midterms 21 months away, by which time the Fed Alpha Kappa House will be heartily trashed by the MAGA Delta Iota Kappa (DIKs) Frat Boys.

In fact the genius of just gutting and then having the recission passed with a slim majority in Congress... so that by the time Court GETS to the complicated suits the Dems bring up, it's already been approved by the Legislature. Which makes the Court unwilling to overturn something not only done by the Exec branch, but then confirmed by the Legisure.
