She's also beaten down all the lawfare against Trump Policy from immigration to federal employee rule changes. She's absolutely killer in that department, winning almost all the cases (and there have been at least 20) at the highest levels.

I DO think she is unimaginative and careful about prosecuting people, but in lawfare she's amazing.

Yep my 84 year old dad likes to watch her on Fox News, a channel I haven't partaked in since the 2020 Arizona election debacle and I'm shamed to say I watched them prior to that.

Trump seems to flounder in front of the DOJ still, indicating that he is not the one who controls it. The SES still seems to control it, providing disinformation optics and theater for the public. The fake Potemkin trials and 'indictments' still take place, likely resulting in the 'Durham Stall' with lots of pomp, publicity and no results but another bird finger to public justice.

Pam does what Trump tells her to. She's not arresting anyone because Trump told her not to.

Machiavelli's "The Prince" gave the advice that if you are going to do something unpopular, you should appoint someone, have them do it, and then punish them for doing it. That way, you get to do the unpopular thing, and you get to look like it wasn't your fault, and get to look like you're doing something about it.

So Pam was a buffer, giving Trump a lot of time to not actually arrest anyone, and to deflect the blame from himself.
