housing is interesting these days again. varies a lot by state. moved to california big city when we’re young, housing only went up, it was like a savings account that paid interest if taxes were low enough. moved back out to country… houses only depreciate over time. it’s wild to think about just how different things can be. but one thing is constant, even in the bible… debt is slavery. your original site slogan. still true today, and will be eternally.

It'd be interesting to watch just to see how they try to keep all their lies straight between them.

If you want to see real time CGI filters in action, you can watch CNN. I was stuck in front of the monitor at the gym, and I realized that a female talking head looked like a robot or automaton. When others came on, I saw the same effect. It was like Nancy Pelosi actress' real time CGI stuff. Skin too smooth, too stiff and staring. They had some fat woman, and you could see it in her, too. Maybe it saves money in makeup, or they just think that Max Headroom is ready for prime time propaganda.

There may have been a real person there as a scaffolding for the CGI, but it still looked fake enough to notice.
