What the Feds ranging from FBI to the inspector generals will do is make a statement like if you do not cooperate then it can get a lot worse for you and that they can easily get a warrant.

There is no point in talking to them because they will lie.

For example, if somebody in your circle is murdered, they can pull shit like claim your DNA was found at the murder scene, and ask you to explain what it was doing there - but you have no idea, but you try to come up with an explanation - when in fact they found no DNA. ANYTHING you say is only used to incriminate you, not to exonerate you. There's no point in talking to them.

This idea that you'll become MORE of a person of interest because you just won't talk to them, that's not true.
