I'll have to try that air compressor trick on a Cutie or Tangerine. I don't think that will work on a Valencia or the Navel varieties they grow in South America.
The Navel Oranges from Florida and California the peel used to practically slip off with little persuasion. That's not the case these days. .
Now all we get is over priced under ripe tasteless sour bitter oranges form South America.
