Russian and Ukrainians are drunks. I'm kind of surprised many Ukrainians stay sober enough considering I know many, through real estate (look up Ukrainian Village in Chicago). We occupied Iraq and Afghanistan way too long. Initial insurgency we obliterated them and forced the enemy into mountains and other shit holes where they'd occasionally fire RPG or other half assed devices at US troops. One of my groomsmen from my wedding and another friend fought over there for 5 years. Specifically in Afghanistan the locals liked it. It was less dangerous than Chicago. Utah is a conundrum. As with any city people will move out of SLC, but when I've been it doesn't really have a big city vibe. There's not homelessness that I saw at least. Clean as a city I've been to.

Vegas will always be a boom and bust city. Forever. Seattle proper I think will have out migration or loss of tech jobs. It has it's beauty but it's ghetto AF. Millennials having kids would be fucking idiots to stay there if work allows them to work from home.

Housing is demographics at this point. Millennials will drive where the housing goes. I don't think it will be urban. They're social, but generally not partiers. They like community.
