Ukraine's government is 99% financed by US money. That makes it a US satrapy. It is financed with some of the money we have been lied to is for Ukraine's 'war effort'.

Money Zelensky & Crooks rip off.

But now DeSantis has drawn the line in the sand. That makes it a MAGA/GOP base election issue.

McConnel.will be pissed. As will the Nazi Ukey Fluffers.

Yawn. I know it pisses off Putin Commie cum gurglers, but we're nowhere near exhausting $350B in CCCP's liquid accets arrested in the West and make no mistake this is what is paying fir this covfefe. Then there is CCCP's government property abroad (like giant "CCCP culture center" smack dab in the centre of Paris and such) and assets and properties of Soviet olygarchs. At the end of the day it's Pukin and dumb Soviet population who's paying for this grand imperial adventure. But hey, grabbing the gloruous metropolis of Bakhmut is totally worth the blood and treasure!

Don't worry, when DeSantis is installed as President, they'll stop writing checks and start sending our sons and daughters to die instead. You can screencap this shit because I'm basically motherfucking Nostradamus at this point. I'm tired of these nonsense cycles we allow to perpetuate.

Once the West starts to actually start stealing Russian assets, other countries will do the same to us.

Intellectual property rights are worth many trillions. Suddenly they become worthless because it is easy to copy them.

Suddenly our vaunted bio-tech becomes so much wasted money, effort and education. That is just for starters.

I think we funded $113 billion to Ukraine in 2022 and $47 billion in 2023 based on reports of Congressional authorizations.

https://www.crfb.org/blogs/congress-approved-113-billion-aid-ukraine-2022

In context, a Virginia class submarine costs about $3.5 billion which includes fully outfitted with land attack cruise missiles.

The new Constellation frigate that is nearly equipped and armed like an Arleigh Burke destroyer costs about $1.2 billion each.

Nope. Russia isn't some satrapy financially propped up by D.C.

Yeah - Russia is being propped up by Iranian and Chechen jihadis along with North Korean shells!

Sprinkle in some Russian prisoners and Russia truly has a first class military which has been so evident over the past year of embarrassing losses and incompetence.

Sez one of the 'housing experts' of PatNet.

I am. Thank you. And housing is the least of your worries outside of CA, ID, TX and TN. Hell even MT. I'm sorry you may be losing money on housing. That doesn't mean everyone else is outside of a few mostly urban regions that drag down national median which is a dick metric. Or maybe you missed the boat and are hoping for a crash to buy. I just make things happen.

Russian and Ukrainians are drunks. I'm kind of surprised many Ukrainians stay sober enough considering I know many, through real estate (look up Ukrainian Village in Chicago). They seem way more disciplined than the US based Russians I've met. Russians in Russia are substantially more drunk from the people I know that have been.

I literally worked with a Ukrainian Oligarch lackey in Chicago, but he was the Chicago "boss" of the neighborhood. They laundered money through real estate. You can discount my knowledge, but I know what I know. You can call everyone a "fluffer" but you don't know what you're talking about.

It's been a while here since someone has been this childish about something they don't know. Russia loses without using nukes. Ukraine got rid of their nukes to make peace. That didn't work. They will join NATO. This will potentially escalate into Europe War 3. It is all saber rattling from Putin. He will die and so will a lot of the oligarchs over there. The people with the oil and gas, the only thing keeping Russia afloat, have a direct line to Putin. The only fluffers are your Russian compatriots. You know this and lash out because you know it's not going Russia's way.

We occupied Iraq and Afghanistan way too long. Initial insurgency we obliterated them and forced the enemy into mountains and other shit holes where they'd occasionally fire RPG or other half assed devices at US troops. One of my groomsmen from my wedding and another friend fought over there for 5 years. Specifically in Afghanistan the locals liked it. It was less dangerous than Chicago. There are more deaths in Ukraine in a year the all of Afghanistan. I guess that's "winning" as Charlie Sheen would say. lol.

I actually think Phoenix might be okay. Haven't looked at it closely. That chip factory is a mega mother fucker just north of Phoenix proper west of I-17.

Utah is a conundrum. As with any city people will move out of SLC, but when I've been it doesn't really have a big city vibe. There's not homelessness that I saw at least. Clean as a city I've been to.

Vegas will always be a boom and bust city. Forever. Seattle proper I think will have out migration or loss of tech jobs. It has it's beauty but it's ghetto AF. Millennials having kids would be fucking idiots to stay there if work allows them to work from home.

Housing is demographics at this point. Millennials will drive where the housing goes. I don't think it will be urban. They're social, but generally not partiers. They like community. They want their ego stroked. Walking into a Chicago bar no one knows you. Walk into my town bar after 9 years of living here and it takes me an hour to get out of the place. Millennials like that attention. I'm an introvert sober so I don't fit the mold, but that has been my observation.

The sooner everyone realizes it's not Zelinski's money, and Ukraine is just a Proxy diversion to embezzle money from the tax payers around the world, mostly the USA.
The sooner everyone will realize that the crooks are trying to use WWIII to cover up their crime. WWIII is the getaway car.

Be careful what you folks wish for. Because with Biden, you aint gittin SHIT, but hairy legs, rusty razor blades, and a ten percent cut paid to the big guy.

Forget Ukraine - being on the receiving end of an invasion from a (former) superpower is no picknick, duh.

The question is: what has CCCP won by starting this covfefe? I can't think of a single improvement vs their pre-war position. Image of the "2nd military in the world"? - lost. European energy market? - lost. Hundreds of billions in assets and revenues - lost and lost. Thousands of armored vehicles, tens of thousands of soldiers,100+ aircraft - lost, lost, lost. Several battleships, including Black Sea flagship - lost. Various industries like car manufacturing - lost. And all for what - a narrow slice of completely demolished Ukranian territory? And even if they could somehow hold to it via Korea-type armistice - what's there? Anyone knows what's so special about Bahmut so getting hold of it is worth losing all listed above and becoming China's bitch in the process?

Compared to what they would lose if they did not annex Crimea and put a favorable government in Kiev - NATO naval bases at Sevastopol and Odessa. The Russians consider this an existential threat, especially after seeing former Warsaw Pact countries and even ex-Soviet Republics join NATO.

They're drunk. I don't make that comment as a joke. Russian and Ukrainians are massive drunks. Rarely does anyone actually win in a bar fight. Russia only wins if they use nukes.

There's no point in attacking Europe or the US with a nuke. They'll probably just get a truck in and detonate it in Ukraine and claim it wasn't them. I'd be highly suspect that their ICBM's are accurate or functional as well. We you run a 40 mile caravan into the a country with people sitting in the bushes, all it takes is knocking out 10 vehicles at the front and everyone is stuck and supply lines are destroyed. That's retardation at its peak.

I'd get the fuck out of Russia or Ukraine pronto either way. This doesn't end well for either side.
15   NuttBoxer   2023 Feb 22, 9:49pm

Ukraine has been fucked for nearly a decade now. Russia for 200 years. This is old news. If we don't fucking stop, what this OP should say is the US and Europe will be totally fucked.

There are no winners in war, even in the rare cases when it is justified.

Same in South Florida - BOTH Russians and Ukrainians. All know each other, many in real estate, etc.

There is no dislike between Ukrainians and Russians, whatever the Media and Politicians try to imply. Some anti-Russian Greek Catholics in the far West around Lvov.

There is more intermarriage and cross border personal relationships between Ukies and Ruskies than there is between Canuckistanis and Murricans, after all, the former were one country a little over 30 years ago and were together both under the Tsars and the USSR. The last time there was a viable Ukrainian state before now was before the Mongol Hordes.

Yeah, one major player in this is Victoria Nuland, and she has her fingerprints over manipulating Ukraine going back at least to 2013.

Israelis maintain decent relations with Russia. Almost half of all Israelis don't want to sell Iron Dome or anything Defensive to Ukraine.
https://www.haaretz.com/israel-news/2022-10-19/ty-article/.premium/41-percent-of-israelis-oppose-arming-ukraine-in-war-against-russia/00000183-efe9-dddc-a1eb-ffe927360000

This is about the DNC having a money laundering center, and RINOs in the Defense Industry replacing lost Afghanistan Munitions expenditures with a new source of demand.

Behind all neocons are GE, Lockheed Martin, and Raytheon. Look at any org still or that was Neocon, all big MIC companies and/or their front groups. All of the top 10 Think Tanks are loaded up with MIC Money.

Israel is useful for the MIC because they make Congress give Israel the $4B annual gift certificate of which 95% comes right back to them, and use it strategically - like stopping telling the Israelis the only aircraft they could buy was the F-35 HangarQueen MaximizeCostPlus II as an attempt to get some other country to use it.

We will spend more than Russia's Annual GDP for a single-seat, single engine missile platform less agile than the last generation of fighters, that only a lot of armtwisting and bribery can generate orders for. The Navy and Australia and Royal Navy and others would rather have the updated version of a 1980s aircraft, the F/A-18 Hornet, than the F-35. That updated airframe being itself almost 30 years old. Sheesh.

Tangent, sorry.
