Not asking for much now are you ? Have you tried putting this request in on some of the other websites or social media?

Someone somewhere has those posted on line however I am not up to the challenge. With all of the coders and other tech types on here someone should be able to simplify the search.

I did find this but it is for J&J with the same blank insert

Janssen's website has detailed descriptions and images of its COVID-19 vaccine labeling and packaging. It clearly states "1 product insert per carton -- Note: the front and back panels of this insert were intentionally left blank."

Information on the box itself guides users to details on the FDA's emergency use authorization for the vaccine and updated fact sheets.
