About a month ago, Hu Jintao (former president) was escorted out of chinese congress after xi secured his 3rd term. They said he "didnt feel well". He didn't look like he wanted to leave. He then "disappeared". News widely said Xi was consolidating power.

Now, a different former president (Jiang Zemin) has been dealt with.

They said he died of organ failure / cancer, and granted he was pretty old - 96. But the timing is obvious. I think I read this guy was somewhat friendly to the west.

I think Xi is planning stuff soon, and he's getting rid of anyone who might threaten his grip on power. War / Taiwan seems likely IMO.

Short TSMC?

That was my thought. But when I look at TSM and BABA they're both up, especially this past month. Chinese tech stocks in general all up a lot.

Baphomet Moloch Klaus is praising XI, which seems like bad news for the world, but who knows. Soros was dumping on Xi just a short while ago, which was good news.

While Klaus Schwab has been singing the praises of the "Chinese Model" for aspiring nations to emulate. Yep, organ legging, brutal suppression, slave labor, and ethnic genocide - all things we should look forward to in the NWO!

Meanwhile, across the Taiwan Strait...
TAIPEI - The Beijing-friendly opposition Kuomintang’s (KMT) landslide victory over the independence-leaning Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) at Taiwan’s municipal elections on Saturday should not be interpreted as the island becoming more pro-China, experts said.
China’s Taiwan Affairs Office has hailed the election outcome as a sign that “mainstream public opinion” in Taiwan is for “peace, stability and a good life”.
But analysts at the Economist Intelligence Unit said “a KMT victory will not represent a public rebuke of the DPP’s handling of issues across the Taiwan Strait”.

Taiwan elections: could rising KMT star Wayne Chiang be a presidential contender?
The 43-year-old great-grandson of late leader Chiang Kai-shek won Taipei’s mayoral race, sweeping aside veteran opponents
...
A corporate lawyer in the United States, Wayne Chiang returned to Taiwan in 2013 and later ran for a seat in Taiwan’s legislature. He had been rated as the best and most attentive lawmaker by local political monitoring groups during his two terms as a lawmaker.

No. There are two major parties in Taiwan. One is friendly with Japan and keeps mumbling (stupidly) about independence, and the other is friendly with China and wants re-unification. The party friendly with China has been growing over the last few decades.

China just has to wait. It's the US that wants to provoke a war to prevent it.

Looks like the KMT (the one that is friendly with China) has done quite well just recently. Now if it was hook or by crook, I have no idea but the KMT has been gaining steam for quite some time, and that's when the United States started making noise about China forcibly taking Taiwan. China doesn't have to, but the US might have to forcibly take Taiwan.
