I wonder if we will get Chicom sleeper alerts. "Chicom Activation Detected! Drop, Cover, Hold On. Protect Yourself. Use nearest unliked relative as human shield!"
I was working at the office earlier this week in a 3rd floor tower in SSF. Large apple monitor shook a few times so I noticed it. Lots of others in the company noticed it more given the slack posts I saw.
Monitor had a good (small) shake for about 1 second and then settled down completely over a total of maybe 5 seconds.
I once worked in a 10 story building. Not a tall building by any stretch of the imagination. But for some strange reason, sometimes I would be sitting at my desk and I could feel the building swaying. Not a hard sway but a slight sway none the less. Most of my coworkers didn't notice anything, except for one. We would instant message each other every time we felt it.
I think we were feeling the rumble of blasting they were developing new gated communities a few miles west.
Nothing when first went to USGS map, then suddenly a 5.0 red spot emerged. Didn't feel a thing. Spookey.
