I got a trial of Sirius XM with my new car. They have been bombarding me with emails to subscribe. If they were $3 a month, I might consider, but not a $5 tease rate with $22 later.

I do think they could be useful for emergencies, since they ping directly off satellites and not towers, but there are probably other satellite emergency alternatives that are cheaper.
