Left doesn't care. We have a President that hides and when he does come out he can barely speak and doesn't answer questions. Not only awful president but but every person down the chain from him gets even worse.

What people will notice most is the price of gasoline up a dollar or more.

Regardless of the reasons, he is going to get the blame.

Many of his voters (besides the dead) may not have noticed until recently.

Everyone who works uses gasoline and now he has to spend more money.

Biden is trash for sure. The falling up the stairs thing likely has to do with him I believe breaking his ankle or leg before he stole the election. It does make us look weak that our leader cannot use the stairs, so not defending him, but just saying as someone that recently had a foot injury they suck and at his age is probably exponentially worse.

I don't get it. There were other Dems that were palatable enough for the right. Not great, but you'd manage over 4 years. Biden cannot manage himself let alone the country.

Quite a few of the pundits believe in the body double aka rubber mask aka hologram aka CGI stuff. The most wishful thinking believe that many of the figures we see are doubles and that the originals were tried and executed. Meghan McCain has as much as stated indirectly that her father was killed (executed?), not died of natural causes.

The only ones I can discern are IHLlary Clinton's much younger and healthier double, who never speaks but just generally waves and smiles. I think I have seen two of Biden's doubles: One is a lithe, slim athletic guy who is for long shots to make Biden appear agile rather than stumbling senile. Another is bigger than Biden, chunkier, has a big butt and love handles that show through the suit. The latter 'could' be wearing a rubber mask, and he hams his role up.

The mask technology has become pretty convincing and apparently is no longer just a 'Mission Impossible' fiction. Some think Pope Francis is dead and his appearances are now just a rubber masked surrogate. There are obvious CGI stuff in many of Biden's vids. Also, there is reasonable speculation that most of Biden's 'White House' appearances are staged elsewhere, though he does appear once in a while on the real WH lawns for photo ops and even appears to go in.

Body doubles are a regular feature of history, so it is not beyond the pale to think they are still in use.

Biden's senility is a mystery in the way it has or hasn't 'progressed' because he seems to have some semi-lucid states that aren't consistent. An alternative possibility is that he has voluntarily or involuntarily submitted to brainwashing and MKUltra stuff. You see some of these dissociative personalities who seem to go into petit mal seizure states where they freeze in place or stare off into space, or they stumble over their speech and garble nonsense. It's apparently an imperfect conditioning process, and Biden could have been older when it happened to him. I don't know if that's true, but just spitballing.
