Apparently Feinstein replaced a stolen Confederate Flag many many years ago when she was Mayor.

But I'm not 100% sure... for some reason, there's a lot of Deep State and/or Far Left discontent with Feinstein this past year or so. Nothing firm, but they keep doing some strange things to her, when she should be Deep State Buddy #1.
