The suspect was cultural enricher Amir Moner. He is now in custody and facing a number of felony charges.

Our police should do this. It is very common in Chicago and Detroit for young black men to walk or stand in the middle of the street, blocking traffic, just to be assholes. I've never seen the police do anything about it. They are too intimidated by blue-haired cat ladies. Smash the matriarchy!
