Bigger question, and yes I know upstate NY is decent, but who really, like I mean really wants to go to NY anyway? I'd be more worried about getting Covid from NY than bringing it there.

I grew up 10 minutes from NYC and live an hour away. You couldn't drag me into that shithole anymore.

Gov Cuomo announced Monday that air travelers to New York from 19 states must fill out a quarantine form before they leave airports of face a $2,000 fine
