But on Sunday I thought in the mid 90's was a bit hot, while I was cutting my grass. I took a break, it formed an overcast, then an hour later it was low 80's or high 70's. I was able to finish mowing the lawn no problem. This was late/mid June.
I keep telling everyone that Spring down here goes well past May into June. Then the preceding three months are so brutal, that people think, it's hot down here year around.

I’m not doing anything really different from my normal lazy routine so far.

I have missed day trips up to San Francisco however, but there’s time for that soon enough I guess.

S. Florida if you’re on a boat it’s okay even in August, the ocean might be 81F with a breeze but it was comfortable and diving in the water cools your body core down. It was great out there.

The beach was great too, I only got scared of the amazing lightning from storms.

What was nice was the complete lack of traffic; one August Sunday I just stopped on the Hwy1 bridge to get a picture of the Jupiter lighthouse and inlet. Nobody was around to honk at me.

Being thankful that the failure of the AC part of my 23 year old HVAC last September was a blessing in disguise. I replaced it with the same brand in two days, am cool as a cucumber today! I'd hate to have to deal with that in this shut-down mask wearing environment!

My shack doesn't have air conditioning and I can't escape to work's A/C because I'm cowering in place. Nights are still quite cool, so I open the windows all night and close when I rise in the morning. On the hottest days the outside maximum hit 95 degrees but I only reached 84 inside by the time the outside and inside temperatures equalized and I could open the windows again.

Option 5 would be fun, though.

Mine didn't either until I moved from NorCal to SoCal. Many other modern benefits as well. You should move.

It's sort of ironic that silicon alley and the SF gay area are considered a 'tech center'.
