Yes, I am familiar with it. It's a mind game / "psy-op" to keep a once-agitated segment (mostly white males and similar boomers) complacent thinking something is getting done about all the fucked up, lawless shit... while they are stabbed in the back and the country is outright looted, bled into a withered husk, which is then intended to blow away.
