Masters in Public Administration....I knew someone who got that degree. He was connected. At age 24, he was propelled to number two in the state of NJ division of health under the CorIne administration. He had no prior job experience.
When Christie came in, they tried to hide him by switching job titles so he couldn't be replaced. These people are all useless parasites.
