I want to buy 2 yr leaps on UPRO.

I feel like a fool for considering such huge leverage without first waiting for some kinda dip to carve me an entrance point. But then I observe how we have legitimate military escalations w/ Iran, yet this stock market just doesn't give even a tiny sliver of a shit.

Still long atrs since $2. Got spec plays sngx at $1.10 and tnxp at $1.05. And scyx at. 80. Not too bullish on all the tech trannies above but if the market continues upwards they should be decent plays. Tsla is the most disconnected one and I doubt they'll be profitable in 2020 with many companies entering the EV segment. But short term this thing has been a short killer with incredible momentum disconnected from reality ;) AMD - what a comeback from the low single digits not long ago!

Same boat. I’ve been apprehensive to jump in now given that we are what, in the 9th year of a bull market?

My finance friends are telling me that the biggest trick the stock market has played on people is making them believe that we are in a multi-year bull market. Truth being that we are in a brand new bull market starting now.

Let your horses run.

Few more:
Salesforce
Adobe

Altria was a huge buy when everyone and their mother thought Juul was responsible for the vaping deaths. 20% bump since then and 8% dividend off the original purchase. Still a decent yield at these levels.

Anything with the description “vaping” I want nothing to do with in terms of investment.

I'm going to keep holding shop, tsla, ba, luv, vcel.

I actually have too many individual l holdings, 43 distinct stocks. Should dump the ones whose prospects have dimmed, but I it's hard to find the time to do the research.

I absolutely hate mutual funds. They skim way too much and are pretty obscure in how they change their holdings. Lots of room to get ripped off.

Berkshire. Brkb

They are holding lot of cash to acquisitions.

Market is so high, hard to good div paying stocks.

Mo is good- rins recommendation.
Viab- Viacomn cbs is low with div. Election year so lot of ad revenue.

Re: Bay Area comment and the bull market; some people think it will keep running until 2035, which is exciting to contemplate.

I see nothing in the way to ruin it today anyway.

I would be very very very weary of investing in Tech stocks this year. When the Reports all come out about the corruption in Washington, the attempt to oust Trump through abuse of power, and the role most every major tech company played in it. They are going to fold like a house of cards.

Even now Apple are protecting bad guys, and terrorists, wont decrypt the baddies phones. The excuse they are hiding behind is protecting mine and your privacy.
Yeah OK I get it, the phones are encrypted so if you lose your phone, the person that finds it can't get your personal info. Apple will go out of their way to protect scumbags. I found that out when I lost my iPhone. I gave them all the proof that they knew it was me, but because I didn't activate all of the spying apps, they refused to brick the phone for me. That they can do, I wasn't asking to locate it.
They can also know that when Law enforcement goes to them over a suspect's phone, they know it's the suspects phone, and not some random phone they are trying to crack.
Apple sides with the scumbags. Google and Facebook are CIA sources that are a detriment to the US sovereignty.
This will be the year, they are exposed, it creeps most Americans out, and the rise of the analog flip phone comes back.
