Two recent stories vividly demonstrate the anti-human future that we all face.

A bombshell story from Austin, Texas revealed that the homeless population is being microchipped as a price of entry into shelter. ...

Another story from China shows the tyranny of social credit scores as a man is held captive and questioned for criticizing police on social media.

China spies on social media conversations. Then they bring dissidents in for a real-life chat. I’d say we’re AT LEAST five years away from that over here, so no worries. pic.twitter.com/HjXzqsgr8S

— Ezra Levant 🍁 (@ezralevant) December 1, 2019 ...

The elite want a final revolution against the human race.

Ultimately, the human capacity to defy authority and exercise God-given conscience is to be snuffed out and rendered ineffective.

It has already begun with big tech censorship (driven by AI) of conservative voices, those who question vaccine safety, and many other prescient issues.

Simultaneously, a cultural purge of Judeo Christian values is taking place. Historically, these basic principles have held western society together in a system of true tolerance, and a regard for natural law for all mankind under God reigned us in when we went astray. The AI final revolution cannot succeed with these values widely held and practiced.

In reality, the future does need us. If we robotically sleepwalk into this post human future we are finished.

Yes thank goodness for Donald Trump. His example of lying, business fraud, infidelity with porn stars, and all around wonderful moral leadership is going to help counter this phenomenon.

Children today understand that only by always (or at least usually) being honest and playing by the rules can you be successful.

It's already too late because the adoption of smart phones, by nearly all of the population, has green lighted ppl into accepting surveillance in return for convenience.

I'm only on PatNet when I'm on a computer w/ a VPN, w/ Adware blocking, and nothing saved on the browser. Right now, I'm in the "Carolinas", not at my home. Even when I check my internet email, I sometimes get different languages than English because they can't figure out who I am.

Think about it, the original dumb cell phone allowed ppl to communicate w/o being stuck near a landline. And thus, ppl were free to roam and conduct business on the go, call for road side assistance (w/o needing to walk a mile to a payphone), emergency/911 services could be called from any location, etc, etc.

And then yes, when the full fledged networked computer was integrated into a walkie-talkie, all hell broke loose. Ppl were being watched, geographically located, and pretty much, ID'ed by their handheld device.

So from that to a microchip implant is only a next phase in an already accepting surveillance society.

It's been like this since Nov of 2016; these are the voters who couldn't accept the fact that Trump winning the electoral college (and not the urban sprawls of major cities like Boston, NYC, Philadelphia, DC, Chicago, LA, and SF) was a legitimate president despite being a rude, consummate trash talker.

The above tells me clearly that Trump won the election by the rules in place.

This is certainly not the elite and far more likely a some low level city official decided this as a way to deter homeless from going there.

Look, we are living in the hokey stick moment of history: more people were born in the past 100 yrs than in the past 300,000 yrs before that. Every thing around us is going exponential: from GDP, energy usage, environment exploitation, technology improvements, etc...

The rate of change is such that every ancient tradition will be torn apart. Without fixed referential, and without a stable way of life, every religion, every value will be questioned and rejected by many. Even the western liberal order will be torn apart. People will be threatened by changes. People will ask for stability, and for order, and order will only come from tyranny. We will swing wildly between total chaos and tyranny, until the exponential ends. Then the cannibal anarchy will come. :-)

I read this and I found it ironic that a Trump supporter would post these observations and not realize that their hero exemplifies exactly what the author is talking about. Also Patrick talks about the mystery of why TRump is hated, and yet he posted something that clearly has no meaning to him, otherwise he would understand.

Just becasue you don't get it, doesn't mean it's not relevant.

Nonsense. Outside recent Western Civilization, all cultures are some form of King-Priest-Slave. The idea of human freedom and rights for individuals is an extreme rarity in known human history.

The polyamorous and the "Best Life Livers" will experience a demographic collapse, having one or none children. Espicopalians, Liberal Splitters from United Methodism, Unitarians, Atheists, Secular Jews, transhumanists, etc. will experience Demographic Collapses.

The religious will have 2.5-4 kids apiece. Mormons, Muslims, Conservative (not Churchian) Evangelicals, Hassids, etc. will explode.

Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and eventually China will be stuck under the replacement rate. The Middle East, USA, and possibly South America and Africa will be vibrant places; Europe, Asia will slow. India, Oz, Canada the wild cards. A collapse in real estate values and difficulty in achieving efficient productivity from a shrinking population in East Asia means don't buy any Japanese Condos or Chinese residential towers.

Low level jobs that switched from the West to East Asia will pivot to poorer parts of South Asia and Africa and South America which have maintained or expanded in population.

Stay at home/work at home/home business women will again become the norm; most office work will be remote. Suburban life will become the norm, and corporations will have to switch to supporting them. Bohemians will again be concentrated in certain urban areas.

There will be a teacher crisis, but women whose children have grown and are more conservative will become the majority in the profession; the powerful Postmodern Leftist Teachers Unions will be seized by the religious and the curriculum will be radically transformed. Gender Bending and Promiscuity promotion will be replaced by a simple sex ed curriculum focusing on the nuts and bolts of having babies, encouraging abstinence.and birth control. The Puritan/Pilgrim settlements and the taming of frontier by God believing families will return. Oregon Trail will be remade.

We might see some slight liberalization in the rich Gulf States to the point they also adopt a quasi-50s lifestyle with educated Muslim women doing office work remotely from home.

But the current wildness will be over.

1)Patrick didn’t vote for Trump.
2)He supports Trump now based on an objective analysis that his policies have been generally good for the country.
3)we elect a President, not an ayatollah. His piety doesn’t and shouldn’t enter into the decision.
4)we only get to choose between a couple candidates. The other one was much much worse.

For a historical example, look at the Shakers. They swore off sex for any reason including reproduction and died off almost to a person. They’d be entirely dead if it weren’t for adoption of kids and converts to their order. I think two are left.
15   Patrick   2019 Dec 4, 8:35am

Instead of what could go wrong, a former boss advised me to consider what could go right. It's good advice.

The internet gave ordinary people unprecedented power to communicate directly with each other, skipping the corrupt mainstream media. We could use this to name specific names and put pressure on the lobbyists who corrupt our government.

Birthrates are falling in rich countries, but even in the poor countries they are cresting and will soon fall, just because most women don't actually want to have 10 kids, and now they have cheap birth control available. Also, as people move to cities, extra kids are a liability, unlike on the farm, where they are an asset.

Solar produces cheaper electricity than fossil fuels already. When storage gets worked out, a whole bunch of problems will solve themselves, like greenhouse gasses and our dependence on the super-evil Saudis and similar countries that fund Islamic terrorism.

The environment in general has been getting consistently cleaner, not more polluted.

So there are a lot of reasons to be optimistic, actually. We just need to unify against the globalist corporate elite to stop them from enslaving us all. And we can do it.

Jimmy Carter was and is probably the most pious man ever elected to the presidency, but a lot of us remember what our country and economy were like during those four years and who wants to go through that again?

Remember genes and memes are different things.
For example: People living in cities are younger, more liberal, more open to new experiences, more promiscuous, have less kids, and need central top-down organization to survive (sewers, garbage collection, mass transit, etc...). By contrast, people living rural areas or small towns are older, more conservative, more independent, less open to new experiences. It is in large cities that you find most homeless and deviant people, but it is also in cities that GDP per capita is highest.

So before you count your chickens, consider the following: the population of cities will skyrocket through the century and climb by 3 billions before 2050. A city the size of metropolitan New York will be created every 6 weeks.

Things are going to slide, slide in all directions
Won't be nothing
Nothing you can measure anymore
The blizzard, the blizzard of the world
Has crossed the threshold
And it has overturned
The order of the soul

There'll be the breaking of the ancient
western code
Your private life will suddenly explode
There'll be phantoms
There'll be fires on the road
and the white man dancing
You'll see a woman
hanging upside down
her features covered by her fallen gown
and all the lousy little poets
coming round
tryin' to sound like Charlie Manson
and the white man dancin'

People who hold that "Judeo Christian values" were "a system of true tolerance" were not there when the Christians burned witches, Jews, and tortured people who simply tried to learned how the world works.

That includes people like Jordan Peterson, who claims Christianity setup the basic conditions for western civilization to happen, because all were mere humans under God. He was not there under the rule of Louis XIV, or other monarch "of divine rights". He was not there when such "preconditions" convicted Galileo of heresy.

Christianity historically has been a tyrannical, obscurantist, obsessed with the preservation of the Church and its dogma at all cost. Every progress in Europe, in science and art, has been obtained fighting the church, not because of it.

A lot of that was also political in nature. Europe for the most part, was always a confederacy. In other words, small states fighting each other. And thus, the original Catholic/Orthodox split, followed by the Protestant Reformation (Henry VIII's major contribution for the British Isles, not even including intellectuals like Luther), didn't allow for one major "God Emperor" figure, including the limp, not-so-Holy Roman Emperor, to exert a theocratic police state over an entire continent.

In contrast, China was a unified state under one Emperor, however, that Emperor also feared losing his position and thus, limited innovations so that even the invention of gunpower, didn't turn China into the world's greatest medieval arms dealer. In China limiting itself, Europe caught the first wave of the industrial revolution and thus, ruled the world's land masses during the 1700s and 1800s, leaving China in the dust via the Opium War era.

Here's an article on that subject:

https://www.quora.com/Why-didnt-China-colonise-the-world-like-the-Europeans

Excerpt: "The Europeans, because they were so politically divided, did not face the same problem of over-centralization of exploration and colonization decisions as happened in China.

Christopher Columbus is a great example of this.

Columbus had this rather crazy idea that if he sailed due west from Europe, that he would eventually hit Asia on the other side. Astronomers and other learned men in various European courts countered that this was impossible since, considering the circumference of the Earth known at that time, he would have to traverse an ocean 15,000 miles wide to get to Asia. Columbus thought not, that the ocean was just a mere 3,000 miles wide and that he would have enough supplies to make it across to Asia. Neither astronomers nor Columbus, of course, knew that a huge continent lay in the way.

Columbus, with his new ideas, first went to the King of Portugal to see if he could get the money for his expedition. The King conferred with his experts and advisors and turned Columbus down on precisely the grounds I gave above. After a few years, Columbus went to the King of Portugal again, and again the King turned him down—this time because Portuguese explorers had just rounded Africa and the King needed to conserve his money for expeditions to India. He then went to the courts in Genoa and Venice in Italy—at that time very rich cities capable of giving him the ships and money to sail across the Atlantic. They also turned him down. He sent his brother to the King of England to see if he could sell that court on his expedition idea. The English King turned him down. Columbus was finally down to the Spanish court of Queen Isabella and King Ferdinand. Isabella remained skeptical, but Ferdinand became intrigued. Columbus finally convinced him, he convinced his wife, and off Columbus went in 1492 with the necessary ships and money to cross the Atlantic.

So Columbus had to be rejected by 5 rich and powerful monarchs before finding one who had enough faith in him to give him the money and ships he needed.

And even if he had failed with the Spanish monarchs, Columbus could still appeal to and convince the King of France, the King of Scotland, the various kingdoms and rich city-states in Italy that were not Genoa and Venice, the Pope, the King of Denmark, the Holy Roman Emperor, and the various kingdoms and city-states of Germany. Columbus, in other words, had a lot of choice in finding his “venture capitalist investor” so to speak. His goal was to clinch one sale with one single monarch to be successful.

Imagine doing that in China—a Columbus-like explorer with a crazy exploration idea would only have one court to go to, the Ming court. And if the emperor turned him down, that was it. End of story. There was no other recourse, there was no choice at all.

So it was this hyper-centralization of the historical Chinese state that strangled what little appetite there was for exploration and subsequent colonization among the Chinese."

This is true. The competition between many different actors forced the many states to copy the best solutions found and make effort to better themselves.

But now the situation is completely reversed. Because the apparatus of statehood and nationhood are more efficient and scale better (mass media, telecommunications, automation, printing, etc....), a state as big as China is actually operating well. It is a world wide competition and forced to evolve constantly. Plus there are huge advantages that come with scale, such the capacity to invest massive sums and efforts in technological endeavors.

In contrast European states are too small to compete effectively and invest sufficiently in the future. They are divided, constantly bickering, and weak as a result. What was their strength historically has now become a huge drag. Which is why they are building European level institutions. This is absolutely necessary, though it goes against many tribal divisions, cultural, linguistic, political, etc....

We are now in a logic of blocks, where 2 superpowers are emerging: China and the US. Even the US is too small relative to China. Europe is a distant third.

Never was or will be Trump's job (or anyone) to be an "example" to children. "Hey mommy.... what's this oral sex they're talking about with President Clinton on the news?" Yup, that's what my generation grew up with and we're all sexual deviants because of it. Not

Parents can always just parent properly and be leaders and role models for their children. Not rely on POTUS. Point out that Trump talks/tweets like an idiot much of the time, which we agree on, and you can tell your kids not to behave that way. There are plenty of other fraudulent high profile people that kids see in the public view, so that's not exclusive to Trump. Trump cannot be the excuse for all problems.

You won't find one kid today that will say Trump was their major influence in how they were as a person when they get older in say 8-12 years. Ass holes and jerks are born and raised from ass hole and jerk wad parents. I see this on a daily basis with my kids peers. The ass hole kids have shithead parents. Some turn out okay, most won't though.
