The 2011 Japanese earthquake/tsunami and Fukushima incident were also manmade. The reactor was blown with planted explosives. They were trying to intimidate Japan into moving populations and industries to North Korea. Face it, with DEWs and HAARP and nuclear bombs being placed on fault zones, we are into environmental terrorism and warfare. Putin pointedly showed off a submarine whose purpose wasn't to launch bombs on territory, but to explode huge nukes underwater and send tsunamis to wipe out coastal areas.
