This might be something that was done decades ago.
From what I know, the penis is inverted and the prostrate is moved.. I don't want to talk about this too much, because the surgery is absolutely terrifying. This is one subject which actually does trigger me, and I don't know want to know more.
I don't think ANYBODY should try to transition their sex from what little I know about it. It's not reversible at all, and the surgery is extreme.
Girls that transition to men, they get a slab of meat which has little to no feeling as "a penis". The skin is taken from their arm or their legs. My viewpoint, strongly, is you are what you are. I'm OK with tolerance and acceptance, but I consider sexual transition as mutilation.
Women that transition to men, if they don't go through phalloplasty can still technically have children, but the vaginal wall is severely weakened once women go on testosterone. There's a HANDFUL of "men" that have given birth, probably all through caesarean section. "Men" that have intercourse prior to phalloplasty (which is done only before the ovaries and uterus is removed and the vagina is surgically sewn up), can experience severe vaginal bleeding if they engage in intercourse due to their imbalance of hormones being on testosterone.
To me this is body horror, and I'm not at all a fan. And I've seen the French film Martyrs.
