Hmm I'm trying like hell to try to remember, but you know for the life of me. I can't ever recall one single news story of a poor or middle class parent trying to bribe an official to get their kid out of trouble, or getting caught up in a quid pro quo situation trying to bribe an institution to give their kid a leg up over the other kids. Poor parents have a hell of a time, convincing the Judge that the Rich kid in the car was the one that fired the shots.
