This rant is beyond stupid. The person who has written it edited it later and says: "ON EDIT: I have been instructed that this is also the case in foreign states"
This makes all of xer rant lose any meaning. Even if it was true, I do not want to subsidize yuppie assholes who want to live on lake. Let them buy separate flood insurance.
Additionally, DAMN YANKEES and Californians are streaming into bacwards, Republican slave-owner, redneck state of Texas by hundreds of thousands all while badmouthing state which they move into. I wonder why they do not stay in their left-wing conservative Nirvanas.
