Update...
The woman got 60 days in jail for the assault.
Unfortunately, the audio in the above video is just a brilliant fake. The original video has no audio and some creative person added the audio, subtitles, and wrote the awesome dialog. He did an excellent job.
Video games on the interwebs are real.

Those windows would be a great to use as a drug distribution kiosks, and that lady is displaying drug withdrawal behavior. Maybe the enterprising employees were enhancing their incomes with a little side line business.
