Don't forget the approximately 43 million and their potential offspring which have been taken permanently out of the economy by abortion since 1973. And where was the great boom that should have ensued when all those $234,000 to raise a child to 18 was directed into other areas?
Gentle Reader,
A "Partial Recovery" is a polite term for a dead-cat-bounce. Now, real estate is pretty much a place to live, raise a family, keep your dog, and work on your Harley, yell a people to keep off your lawn, or neglect your lawn. That last item is my little trick. It gives me comfort to set the neighborhood minimum for yard upkeep. What residential real estate is not is an investment. No.
Regards,
Roidy

Did you think it was mere coincidence that crime rates dropped dramatically in the mid 1990s? That's when the generation of low income (black) babies aborted in the 1970s post Roe vs. Wade would have reached 18 (age of criminality). Except, they were never born, so there was nobody to commit those crimes.

Your post supports some people's claim that abortion is genocide because by your reasoning more black babies are murdered in abortion than others. It also sounds racist as if you are assuming that black babies will grow up to be criminals. Would sterilization end crime? No. Crime is cultural not genetic. Same as sexuality (https://patrick.net/1307517/2017-06-25-truths-you-will-never-see-in-the-us-press). I agree with a Patrick.
