Story in the local paper today about how many businesses have closed recently in the 35 year old mall that is anchored on one end by Sears, J. C. Penney on the other and Dillards in the middle.

Here is a bit of advice - don't apply for a job at Sears. However, if you would like to be a welder, plenty of openings and good pay.

With manufacturing taking off, there will be even more opportunities for jobs like welding.

Thank goodness we create millions the high tech jobs of the Future each year! We don't need no manufacturing. Everybody can be a Realtor, Stock Trade Algo Designer, or Network Admin making $100k+ a year, and we'll all have our own Mexican Slave Domestic Helpers like Chez Bono.
